Just started programming and I wanted to make a little ascii game that was a bit more complex than rock paper scissors so I wrote this. Its really simple and it doesn't have any  sound or graphics aside from simple ascii. 

All you really do in the game is enter your name, choose a monster type and start fighting different types of monsters at random. Every time you beat a monster you gain a level and the monsters sorta scale to your level.You go until you die. If you ever come across a monster that has a type that your monster is weak to you can always choose to run and move to a different battle.

I plan on adding more variety to the monsters and battles such as adding actual moves and hp and once thats implemented adding actual monsters and not just monster types. Hope you like this short little game I had a ton of fun making it.
